Children First and GRANDFamily Connections of Chester County are delighted to invite you to our upcoming Provider Network Meeting on Tuesday, October 15th, from 10–11 AM via Zoom. This month, we’re honored to welcome Children First, with guest speakers Stefanie Arbutina, Vulnerable Youth Policy Director, and Kate Fox, Associate Director of Mental Health Policy. Together, they will guide us through a thoughtful conversation on “A Decade of Stalled Progress,” Children First’s 2025 report on Chester County. During this session, we’ll explore how mental health, child welfare, and juvenile justice intersect to shape the lives of children and families in our community. We’ll shine a light on ongoing challenges—like access to mental health care and systemic barriers—while also celebrating meaningful progress and discussing how local and state leaders can work with us to create brighter futures for young people.
